The Fine Print

1. Walsh Bay Kitchen ‘birthday wine and dessert’ offer is valid for the week of your birthday only (the date of your birthday and 6 days after).

2. Walsh Bay Kitchen ‘birthday wine and dessert’ offer is for one glass of wine and the dessert to the value of $14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or transferred or redeemed for cash.

3. Walsh Bay Kitchen ‘birthday group booking offer’ is valid for the week of your birthday (the date of your birthday and 6 days after). A minimum booking of 8 or more guests is required to claim the offer, and can only be booked Sunday to Thursday. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with the ‘wine and dessert’ offer or with any other offer.

4. Walsh Bay Kitchen ‘birthday group booking’ offer is for two courses, entrée and main or main and dessert to the value of $55. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or transferred or redeemed for cash.

5. When booking your birthday celebration please advise staff you will be claiming the birthday offer during your reservation and present your email notification when claiming the offer.

6. The birthday offer is valid for anyone 18 years or over. Employees of Trippas White Group are ineligible to claim the Birthday Offer.

7. Walsh Bay Kitchen Staff reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the offer and check the birth date of the entrant.

8. A notification via email will be sent two weeks prior to the entrant’s birthday to notify them of the opportunity to take up the offer.

9. Any unused portion of the offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

10. Walsh Bay Kitchen collects the entrant’s email address and birth date to conduct this offer and will sign the entrant up to the venue newsletter database.
