Walsh Bay Kitchen is warming up this winter by launching its very own Soup Bar. From Ramen to Pho and minestrone, every week day at Walsh Bay Kitchen is a soup-prise.
Open for lunch and supper during winter, offering a relaxed environment perfect for people watching, Walsh Bay Kitchen Soup Bar is heating up with daily specials and healthy Poke bowls allowing you to dine in and enjoy or pick up and take away.
On Tuesdays meet up for minestrone, Wednesdays leave lunch at home for some Laksa, on Thursdays the only way is to Ramen, and add it to your diary, because, Walsh Bay Kitchen Soup Bar now has Pho Fridays!
Available Tuesday to Friday, a variety of Poke bowls are also on the menu including Teriyaki salmon, brown rice, cucumber bowl; ginger, tofu, chickpea, miso rice bowl; miso chicken, sesame, quinoa, edamame bowl; Teriyaki chicken, coconut slaw bowl and Wagyu beef, egg, fennel slaw, black bean, biodynamic brown rice bowl.
The Soup Bar is just one part of a new direction for Walsh Bay Kitchen, as Head Chef, Kay Hwang fuses his life experiences growing up in Korea with his other passion, regional French and Italian bistro staples. Using a balance and harmony of these cuisines and techniques Kay creates a dining experience that will take you on a journey of new tastes, through Eastern Chinese Cuisine. Focusing less on spices, but more on absolute freshness and natural flavour of ingredients, tending to be sweet and light, using signature proteins including fish, seafood and duck.
